Addition of an Ambedkar related image

@JAIBHIM5: I have removed the image "Drummers playing drums during Namvistar Din celebrations at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University gate.png" because it appears to give WIKIPEDIA: Undue Weight to Namvistar Din to add this picture in the context of this article and might be interpreted as promotion.
